For workshops and courses all bookings are final and non-refundable. Please arrive for the prompt start of the class to minimise disruption. Please bring a mat. Please inform the teacher if you are unable to make a class and if you have any illnesses or injuries that may affect your participation. Please note there is no meditation class on Wednesday 2nd October or Wednesday 30th October 2024.
