Learn tips and tricks to help alleviate your brain fog and/or anxiety that comes with Perimenopause.  Spend time learning to embrace this phase of your life with other like-minded women in a supportive and inclusive environment. Yoga poses will be easy and restorative so perfect if you are new-ish to yoga.
