In today’s fast-paced world, finding true calm can feel impossible. That’s why I’ve created The Calm Club—a gentle yet powerful 2-hour session designed to guide you into deep relaxation and inner peace.
Together, we’ll move through a carefully curated sequence to soothe the nervous system and prepare the body for deep rest:
Pranayama (Breathwork) – Learn effective breathing techniques to calm the mind and slow the heart rate.
 Gentle Yoga – Soft, mindful movements to release tension and open the body with ease.
 Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) – A guided meditation to take you into a state of profound relaxation, where healing and renewal begin.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking better sleep, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this session is for you.
