A gentle mixed-ability Hatha class combining mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation. Suitable for all bodies and abilities, with plenty of options and props to help you practise comfortably. A lovely way to unwind, release tension and finish your Monday feeling grounded.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow a minimum of 9-hours notice to cancel or re-schedule a class. Failure to do so will result in a late-cancellation fee of £10 and suspension of your pass until the fee is paid. Advanced class bookings are restricted to a maximum 4 weeks from the current date.
