Yoga has been a fundamental part of my life over the past 14 years, helping me overcome the depths of sorrow and loss, and even helping in the birth of my own children. Prior to doing my 200 hours RYT, I was a full-time Primary school teacher for 20 years where I shared my passion for yoga with the students through my yoga club. The aim of yoga isn't to do the splits or to do the handstand; the aim of yoga is to find what YOU need deep inside you. Along the way you'll become stronger in both body and mind. I look forward to sharing my passion and love of yoga with you as well.
Live streamed Yoga classes
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
All hour-long classes are set to music, and streamed live via Zoom. All classes are suitable for al abilities as they have plenty of options for modifications and extensions. Release that stress from a day's hard work, get your heart pumping as well as working on your strength and flexibility and most of all have a good laugh. No need to go and buy expensive props, you can make your own. £6 drop in session or buy a block of 10 sessions for £50.

AN HOUR TO STRETCH, REST AND DIGEST
This one hour lush stretchy class follows a different theme each week, whether we stretch out the hips, open our hearts or follow a set sequence for the myriad of meridians in our body, unblocking the energy channels and healing ourselves within. This is an hour for you to find stillness and simply breathe.
Gentle Flow Yoga
A gentle vinyasa flow class to get you ready for your day. Join us for a virtual coffee afterwards. Suitable for all levels
Core and Restore
TUESDAYS 930-1030 ONLINE
Keep your core fit and strong during lock-down. Join us on Tuesday mornings for 30 minutes of heart-pumping vinyasa and core exercise, rewarded by 30 minutes of juicy stretches targetting the core and hips.
Feel Good Friday Restorative Yoga
RESTORATIVE POSES WHICH ARE FULLY SUPPORTED BY SOFT CUSHIONS, BLOCKS, FLEECY BLANKETS AND STRAPS AND USE LAVENDER-SCENTED EYE PILLOWS TO HELP YOU FULLY UNWIND AND DE-STRESS READY FOR THE WEEK AHEAD.

Each session will focus on a different aspect of the Menopause (hot flushes, irritability, brain fog, sluggishness, muscle/ joint pain, etc) and help you to address it through a gently vinyasa flow practise, mixed with restorative or yin poses and breathwork or meditation.
This class is perfect for you if you have entered into your perimenopause, or are in your menopause/ post menopause. Each week you will leave the sesion with some tools to help you with your symptoms and help you feel stronger, more refreshed and more in control.
Sessions are led by Michelle who is a qualified Menopause Yoga teacher, and teaching assistant to Petra Coveney, founder of Menopause Yoga Teacher Training.

We will discuss nutrition, medical and holistic therapies and all things womanly on the day. Be prepared to share and reflect in a range of emotions on the day. No experience of yoga is needed.
