Yoga has been a fundamental part of my life over the past 14 years, helping me overcome the depths of sorrow and loss, and even helping in the birth of my own children. Prior to doing my 200 hours RYT, I was a full-time Primary school teacher for 20 years where I shared my passion for yoga with the students through my yoga club. The aim of yoga isn't to do the splits or to do the handstand; the aim of yoga is to find what YOU need deep inside you. Along the way you'll become stronger in both body and mind. I look forward to sharing my passion and love of yoga with you as well.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Set to music, join me for an hour long vinyasa-flow class that is good for beginners to advanced. All poses can be modified or extended. Release that stress from a day's hard work, get your heart pumping as well as working on your strength and flexibility and most of all have a good laugh. Blocks and straps provided. Bring your own mat or I can provide you with one for the class. £9 drop in session or buy a block of 10 sessions for £70.
