Yoga has been a fundamental part of my life over the past 14 years, helping me overcome the depths of sorrow and loss, and even helping in the birth of my own children. Prior to doing my 200 hours RYT, I was a full-time Primary school teacher for 20 years where I shared my passion for yoga with the students through my yoga club. The aim of yoga isn't to do the splits or to do the handstand; the aim of yoga is to find what YOU need deep inside you. Along the way you'll become stronger in both body and mind. I look forward to sharing my passion and love of yoga with you as well.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA
All hour-long classes are set to music, and streamed live via Zoom. All classes are suitable for al abilities as they have plenty of options for modifications and extensions. Release that stress from a day's hard work, get your heart pumping as well as working on your strength and flexibility and most of all have a good laugh. No need to go and buy expensive props, you can make your own. £10 drop in session or buy a block of 10 sessions for £85.

MENOPAUSE YOGA COURSE
After the success of her Sold Out Menopause Yoga Workshops, Michelle is now offering a 5 week course focused on Peri-menopause symptoms such as anxiety, hot flushes, irritability, insomnia and lethargy. In each 90 minute session, you will learn different meditation, breath work (pranayama) and yoga poses to prepare you to manage the different symptoms. You will also benefit from the Women's Circles enabling you to share and discuss your feelings with other like-minded women.
