Yoga has been a fundamental part of my life over the past 14 years, helping me overcome the depths of sorrow and loss, and even helping in the birth of my own children. Prior to doing my 200 hours RYT, I was a full-time Primary school teacher for 20 years where I shared my passion for yoga with the students through my yoga club. The aim of yoga isn't to do the splits or to do the handstand; the aim of yoga is to find what YOU need deep inside you. Along the way you'll become stronger in both body and mind. I look forward to sharing my passion and love of yoga with you as well.
Live streamed Yoga classes
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
All hour-long classes are set to music, and streamed live via Zoom. All classes are suitable for al abilities as they have plenty of options for modifications and extensions. Release that stress from a day's hard work, get your heart pumping as well as working on your strength and flexibility and most of all have a good laugh. No need to go and buy expensive props, you can make your own. £6 drop in session or buy a block of 10 sessions for £50.
Gentle Flow Yoga
A gentle vinyasa flow class to get you ready for your day. Suitable for all levels.
Wednesdays are located outdoors (weather dependent).
Friday and Saturday classes are at the beautiful Upminster Sanctuary.

Michelle is a qualified Menopause Yoga Teacher, bringing not only information, but a wealth of experience of this tumultuous time in our lives.
The workshop will be a safe space to share our experiences, as well as learn some gentle yoga and meditation to alleviate the symptoms of menopause- including perimenopause and post menopause. We will discuss nutrition, medical and holistic therapies and all things womanly on the day. Be prepared to share and reflect in a range of emotions on the day. No experience of yoga is needed.
