About the event
The Beyond Beginners Meditation Course is designed for students who have completed a beginners' meditation course and are eager to deepen their practice. This course delves into more advanced techniques including the use of bija mantras, Yantras, longer mantras, and advanced breathing practices to cultivate greater mindfulness, concentration, and inner peace.
(There will be no sessions on 2nd and 30th of October. Course will end on 27th November)
